Creating your first request
Pick a service, enter where and when you need it, and submit. The matching engine notifies nearby verified helpers; the first to accept becomes yours.
- Open the /new-request page from your dashboard or the homepage.
- Tap the service that best matches what you need.
- Enter the address (real geocoding ships when our Mapbox integration is live).
- Choose ASAP or schedule for later.
- Add notes the helper should see — anything specific they need to bring or know.
- Submit. You'll see helpers' identities, ratings, and ETAs as they accept.
