Refunds and disputes

You have a 24-hour window after task completion to open a dispute. Helpward's support team reviews the case and can refund partial or full payment depending on what the evidence shows.

  1. Open the booking page within 24 hours of completion.
  2. Tap Report an issue.
  3. Pick a category — quality, damage, safety, no-show, billing, or other.
  4. Describe what happened in at least 20 characters.
  5. Submit. Helpward's support team reviews within 24 hours and contacts both parties.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe. You'll see them on the Refunds tab on your /payments page and on your card statement within 5–10 business days.
