Refunds and disputes
You have a 24-hour window after task completion to open a dispute. Helpward's support team reviews the case and can refund partial or full payment depending on what the evidence shows.
- Open the booking page within 24 hours of completion.
- Tap Report an issue.
- Pick a category — quality, damage, safety, no-show, billing, or other.
- Describe what happened in at least 20 characters.
- Submit. Helpward's support team reviews within 24 hours and contacts both parties.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe. You'll see them on the Refunds tab on your /payments page and on your card statement within 5–10 business days.
